Why I am rethinking nutrition
Hello, I am Florian – a nutritionist with a passion for nutritional psychology and food.
Yes, it may be unusual to introduce myself this way, but that is precisely why I became a nutritionist. Food has always been an important part of my life.

With a combination of nutritional science expertise and psychological insight, I work with you on your individual challenges and guide you toward eating habits that allow you to reconnect with yourself.
A new, informed, and psychological approach to food, emotions, and your body.
My path to nutrition counseling
My path was not a traditional one: after a profound personal crisis in which food became an emotional crutch for me, I learned how much we can really learn about ourselves when we stop fighting against ourselves.
My nutrition counseling is not about diets, rules, or self-discipline. It’s about you. About what you feel. About what you need. About what you may have ignored for a long time.
Intuitive eating and emotional patterns
I work with intuitive eating, body-centered awareness, and addressing emotional patterns and stress, which are often behind eating, in order to experience real change—from the inside out.
I believe that discipline and lasting change do not lie in becoming someone else, but in finding yourself again.
I have discovered for myself how I can use the abundance in our society to lose weight without having to accept restrictions.
